Projekt We bring books to life!<\/em><\/strong> to wydarzenie literacko-filmowe zorganizowane przez Fundacj\u0119 Promocji Kultury Artystycznej, Filmowej i Audiowizualnej Etiuda&Anima w Krakowie (maj - listopad). Zaprosili\u015bmy do niego 5 bibliotek z Ma\u0142opolski (Wojew\u00f3dzka Biblioteka Publiczna w Krakowie, Publiczna Biblioteka w Zatorze im. Paw\u0142a z Zatora,  Wadowicka Biblioteka Publiczna w Wadowicach, Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna im. J\u00f3zefy Bergel\u00f3wny w Dobczycach, Biblioteka Publiczna im. Tadeusza Biernata w Niepo\u0142omicach), a tak\u017ce wydawnictwa ksi\u0105\u017ckowe oraz dzieci
w wieku 7-10 lat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children applying for the project will receive a book as a gift (1 title in each library) selected from the titles transferred to the screen in the form of animations. They will be: \"About two people who stole the moon\" and \"About how the tailor Mr. Niteczka became king\" by Kornel Makuszy\u0144ski, \"Pan Malu\u015bkiewicz\" by Julian Tuwim, \"It's a message\" and \"Len\" by H. Ch. Andersen, \"About twelve months\" and \"Szewczyk Dratewka\" by Janina Porazi\u0144ska.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After reading the book by the appointed date, twelve children will meet the librarian and a professional animation artist in the library. After talking about the book they have read, encouraging them to use the library, the children will create a script and perform a short animated film in the selected film technique (loose materials, object animation, drawing, cut-out, collage, plasticine, puppet animation) <\/strong> inspired by a given title. At the end of the meeting, the library will turn into a cinema, and children will see how a professional animator made a film adaptation of the selected title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reward for participating in the project will be participation in the 26th International Film Festival Etiuda&Anima in Krakow<\/strong> in November and watching the already edited workshop films on a large cinema screen with the invited guests. For dessert, young people will see a valuable animated feature film awarded at festivals around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first meeting will take place in Krakow on May 25, at 14.30-18.30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
