During the 24th<\/sup> IFF Etiuda&Anima, the Special Golden Dinosaur, an honorary award for an outstanding artist turned pedagogue, will go to S\u0142awomir Idziak \u2013 one <\/strong>of the most renown and acclaimed Polish cinematographers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Special Golden Dinosaur is an annual award given by the IFF Etiuda&Anima to the remarkable filmmakers who are also accomplished pedagogues. This year, the honorary prize-winner will be S\u0142awomir Idziak \u2013 a distinguished cinematographer, actively engaged in educational work. He is an initiator and main lecturer at the annual workshop Film Spring Open. He is the man behind the idea of Cinebus, i.e. Mobile Centre Of Audiovisual Education, running since 2016 \u2013 a bus designed to teach all the steps of creating multimedia projects.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

During this year's edition of the Etiuda&Anima festival, S\u0142awomir Idziak will run direction and cinematograhy workshop on \u201cvisual dramaturgy\u201d. The starting point of the workshop will be an analysis of the original version of the script to the film \u201cThree Colors: Blue\u201d written by Krzysztof Piesiewicz and Krzysztof Kie\u015blowski. The workshop will be open for 15 participants, chosen among festival goers by the organisers. The team will have the chance to spend three days (November 22 \u2013 25, between 9.00 and 15.00) collaborating with actors and exploring an influence of the technique on storytelling.<\/p>\n

We encourage all interested in taking part in the workshop to submit an application including CV,\u00a0 letter of intent specyfying expectations regarding the course and its results as well as a declaration of full-time participation.
