We are at half \u2013 way point of cometitions ETIUDA i ANIMA. Four ETIUDA and two ANIMA screenings awaits us. Who will be choosen by jury, who will win favor of critics, who will get \u00a0attetion of students and who will take over hearts of festival\u2019s audience. Rivalization is still on.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In competition ETIUDA before us: \u201eThe Tenants\u201d by Klara Kocha\u0144ska-Bajon, winner of students Oscar, story of full-filled dream which turns in a nightmare; \u201eTuta\u201d by Sandro Souladze, taking palce in beautiful scenery of Georgia; \u201eMaman and the Ocean\u201d by David Wagner about Turkish immigrants in Hamburg and \u2026. shopping bag; \u201eTravelling on One Leg\u201d Alexandru Petru B\u0103deli\u0163\u0103 \u2013 intimate portreit of unhappy love of Romanian to German; \u201eBoat People\u201d by Paul Mesch\u00f9h, which is modern variation on \u201eKnife in water\u201d by Roman Pola\u0144ski, \u201eNeighbours\u201d by Gabriel Khotivari about women of Tbilisi; \u201eKis\u201d by Svetlana Bolycheva about friendship between Orthodox priest and white cat; \u201ePoland, My Beloved\u201d by \u0141ukasz Perkowski about difficult love for homeland; \u201eSay It Again, Granpa\u201d, Izabela Kiszczak tries to hear her grandfather, Czes\u0142aw.<\/p>\n

In ANIMA competition before use animations of masters: \u201eThe Five Minutes Museum\u201d by Paul Bush about how to sightsee 400 rooms in Petersburg\u2019s Ermitage at lightning speed; \u201eBlind Vaysha\u201d by Theodore Ushev about a girl who sees past with one eye and future with other eye; \u201eWaiting for the New Year\u201d by Vladimir Leschiov about dreams of street cleaner. We will see also animiations of Polish artists: \u201eXOXO \u2013 Kisses and Hugs\u201d by Wiola Sowa about sensual fascination and seduction; \u201eImpossible Figures and Other Stories II\u201d by Marta Pajek about discovering impossible figure by women. We also recommend unconventional movies: \u201eMerlot\u201d by Giulia Martinelli and Marta Gennari, variation on Little Red Riding Hood inspired by nottle of red wine and \u201eAu Revoir Balthasar\u201d by Rafael Sommerhalder about freaks from boards.<\/p>\n
