He is a director, screen play writer and author of artistic designs for animated films. He attended the School of Art Technique. In 1969 he started work in the Animated Film Studio in Bielsko-Bia\u0142a, first as a phase designer, and later as an animator. In 1973 he had his directing debut. His output includes original adult films (for example <em>Tomorrow<\/em>, awarded in Poland and abroad,<em>The Shooting Range<\/em>, <em>The Ploughman <\/em>and <em>Departing<\/em> <em>Flights<\/em>), many episodes of the popular children\u2019s series (<em>Rex<\/em>, <em>Bolek and Lolek<\/em>, <em>Professor Sponge\u2019s Expedition <\/em>and other), music videos (for example <em>It\u2019s getting darker <\/em>by Maanam, <em>Love always<\/em> <em>wins <\/em>and <em>Something\u2019s wrong <\/em>by Shakin\u2019 Dudi) as well as commercials. He runs his own Studio M in Bielsko-Bia\u0142a. He has been awarded many prizes at festivals (among other Oberhausen, Tehran, Bratislava, Krakow and Lodz).
