On Saturday, another workshop was held as part of the project "Cooking on the screen - Krakow as the European Capital of Gastronomic Culture". Under the supervision of Damian Wajda, the young participants of the workshop this time cooked dishes of Krakow's bourgeois cuisine: onion soup, duck with Krakow groats with mushrooms and cheesecake. It was heaven for the palate!
We would like to thank the Na Pole restaurant for lending us a friendly space to carry out the task and Mr. Damian and his cooks for professionally guiding young people through the secrets of Krakow's cuisine. We would also like to thank Mrs. Magdalena Kasprzyk-Chevriaux, a culinary journalist specializing in the history of Polish cuisine, for sharing her vast knowledge with workshop participants.
