The first workshops as part of the project "Cooking on the screen - Krakow is the European Capital of Gastronomic Culture" is behind us. The project promotes Krakow's cuisine in its two varieties - courtly and bourgeois. Dishes representing both varieties are prepared first in the kitchen and then as an animated recipe.
W drugim dniu warsztatów młodzi uczestnicy projektu "Gotowanie na ekranie - Kraków Europejską Stolicą Kultury Gastronomicznej" animowali przepisy kuchni dworskiej, według których dzień wcześniej gotowali. Dla wielu z nich było to pierwsze doświadczenie z animacja poklatkową.
We would like to thank the animator Monika Kuczyniecka, who showed the young people how to cook tasty dishes from plasticine, aluminum foil and paper. We would also like to thank the National Museum for providing us with a multimedia room in the Szołayski House.
